All Islands Consulting LLC is a property damage consulting firm located on the island of Oahu in Hawaii. We primarily work with insurance companies and law firms to service the Hawaiian Islands providing expert damage assessment, cost estimating, repairability, ACV/RCV, period of restoration, validation of repair costs, and dispute resolution.

Our Expertise
Thomas Roselli has 25 years of experience in the insurance industry evaluating property damage claims as an adjuster, vendor program manager, claims supervisor, mediator and appraiser. Mr. Roselli provides consulting and appraisal services for residential, commercial, business, healthcare, hospitality, military and industrial projects.
